Who we’re looking for
We’re seeking passionate professionals who:
- Operate as sole traders or have their own private practice
- Are committed to evidence-based, person-centred care
- Enjoy working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Have experience supporting people living with diabetes, chronic disease or related health conditions (or an interest in developing this area)
- Hold current registration with the relevant professional board and appropriate professional indemnity insurance
