We developed a seven week series of social media posts aimed at educating, empowering and providing the residents of Walkerville with tools to help balance their immune system and improve their gut health during winter.

For the City of Unley: Blue Zones cooking demonstrations
Aimed at healthy ageing, we developed Youtube cooking demonstrations based on the health eating and lifestyle habits of those in the ‘Blue Zones’ of the world including Ikaria in Greece, Okinawa in Japan and Sardinia in Italy. These Blue Zones have the highest longevity of life in the world.

For Campbelltown City Council: Supermarket tour
Our fun, interactive and practical supermarket tours provided participants with tailored healthy eating information including how to read and interpret nutrition information panels and the ingredient lists plus tips to avoid sneaky marketing strategies. This tour also included practical tips for cost-effective grocery shopping as well as healthy, simple and affordable snack and meal ideas. Each participant received a take- home goodie bag.
School Nutrition Programs
Through an interactive cooking incursion, students will prepare their meal and play activities which will teach them the nutrients that help to go, grow and glow.Students prepare their own morning or afternoon tea or lunch.
All ingredients provided are nut free aligned with the Department of Education policy. Each recipe can be tailored for dietary requirements. Notification of requirements must be received with at least 1 week’s notice to nourish@nourishadl.com.au
